Tracking shows delivered, but why did I not receive it?Updated a month ago
It does indeed occasionally happen that the Track & Trace indicates delivered, but that this is not yet the case. This problem can occur when the postman of, for example, FedEx scans the parcels at the time of receiving them, but then delivers them later. This can sometimes cause some delay in delivery. What we usually see is that the parcel is still delivered later in the day, or at the latest by the end of the week.
The best thing now is to wait a little longer. If you still haven't received your order by the end of the week, please fill in the contact form!
