How do I use Clearly Electrolytes to help me during a marathon?Updated a month ago
It is best to start taking the electrolytes three days in advance so that your body can get used to taking them. Start with one scoop per day and also start carb-stacking.
On the day of the marathon, we recommend that you:
- Take 1 scoop in the morning.
- Take 0.5-1 scoop in your bottle for during the marathon.
- Take an energy gel every 5-7.5 km for extra energy.
- Drink enough water, not only during the marathon, but also in the days leading up to it!
